Ekiti State government yesterday gave reasons why Governor Kayode Fayemi has not signed the death warrants of condemned criminals in the state since he assumed office.
State Attorney-General, AG, and Commissioner for Justice, Mr. Olawale Fapohunda, who said he had the mandate of the governor to make the disclosure in Lagos, told journalists that the state government was worried by the flaws in the country’s criminal justice system.
