The Movement of Sovereign State of Biafra has lampooned the federal government for the conditions it gave to release Mr. Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of Indigenous People of Biafra and Director of Radio Biafra from detention.

The condition that Kanu renounces the agitation of Biafra Republic to be released and to end the revolts in the south-east and south-south geopolitical zones is laughable, MASSOB said in a statement, Vanguard reports.

According to Leader of MASSOB, Uche Madu, the agitation for Biafra Republic was hinged on self determination which has become a spiritual movement that cannot be quenched by any force.
