Nigerian Naira, Wednesday declined at 283.50 to a US dollar, fifteen official business day after the Central Bank of Nigeria removed peg on the country's currency rate.
Nigerian naira gained 1.3% to 280.10 against the US Dollar as at 9.45am in Lagos, commercial hub of the country which poised for biggest advance since Feb. 16, 2016 according to data retrieved from Bloomberg news.
At the close of the trading period, the Naira was spotted at N283.50 to a US dollar at the inter-bank market as against its closing value of 282.75 last Friday.
