The Court of Appeal Siiting in Abuja on Thursday dismissed the petition filed by factional chairman of Ondo State Chapter of The Peoples Democratic part, PDP, Mr, Poroye Biyi seeking disbandment of the court panel
The panel also granted Eyitayo Jegede of Makarfi led PDP leave to fight for the restoration of his name back on Ondo INEC list .
