Tension brewed at the camp of Ali Modu Sheriff and Ahmed Makarfi-led PDP as the Special Panel of the Appeal Court in Abuja sitting on the Ondo Peoples Democratic Party Governorship Candidacy tussle for Saturday’s election shifted its judgment by an hour.
In a notice earlier sent to all parties, the court said it will give its judgement by 12 noon on the Eyitayo Jegede versus Biyi Poroye and others case as well as that of the Ahmed markarfi and Ben Obi vs Biyi Poroye and others which has noe been shifted till 1pm.
