Nigeria - President Muhammadu Buhari has suspended the Comptroller General of National Immigration Service, David Parradang, with immediate effect.
Mr. Parradang was asked to immediately proceed on suspension Friday while the service’s deputy comptroller general, Martin Abeshi, takes over, according to the News Agency of Nigeria.
It was not immediately clear why Mr. Parradang was sanctioned but there are reports it is connected to how a top ISIS leader got a Nigerian visa.
