The Norwegian Nobel Commitee awarded The UN backed organisation

for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons with the Nobel Peace Prize today in support of the life threatening task that lies ahead of them.

Happy for them but I was rooting for Malala Yousafzi

Malala Yousafzi is a Pakistani girl who was shot by the Taliban for advocating education for girls. She is a strong campaigner for peace and was also tipped for the prize. She recently won the EU human rights prize.
