Head coach of the Black Meteors of Ghana, Malik Jabir has described the Akwa Ibom international stadium as one of the best edifice in Africa, saying he wishes he has one in Ghana.
He said this in a pre-match interview with Supersport at the newly built 30,000 capacity stadium shortly after the opening ceremony of the pitch.
Jabir said that his side have not got a strategy yet, until the game kicks off, but that he's a bit skeptical because Nigeria are the current African champions, and he must thread with caution when the game starts.
"Its beyond description, I wish i had one like this in Ghana. Well, I think I will have to decide on my strategy in the next 10-15 minutes into the game
Our current champions in Africa, why won't we give them the respect".
