Alhaji Adamu Mu'azu, National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, on Thursday at Wadata Plaza, the National secretariat of the PDP, when he received the Katsina State delegation of the PDP led by the governor Ibrahim Shema has urged the former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar and the G5 Governors who dumped the party for All Progressives Congress, APC to return back to the party.
“I appeal to those our members who have been wronged and decided to embark on a journey that is not successful to come back home.”
According to him, they were embarking on "an unsuccessful sojourn."
He also urged PDP members, leaders, stakeholders of the party not to relent in praying for PDP and its leaders, saying, “you know we have lost members, but through your prayers, I will succeed in recovering all lost ground.”
He according to Vanguard reiterated that he would deepen democracy in the party and that only the best in the party shall be presented for election.
