All you need are baking soda and lemon.

1. Add a tablespoon of baking soda in a bowl.
2. Cut the lemon in two halves then, squeeze the lemon and get a tablespoon of lemon juice

5. Apply the mixture to your teeth, making sure you apply it to the upper and lower teeth
