Results from the 30 local government areas (LGA) in Osun state have been complied and incumbent governor Rauf Aregbesola is in the lead, although Independent National Electoral Commission is yet to make a formal announcement but cumulative result is 272, 605 and PDP 194, 278.

In Atakumosa East LGA, All Progressives Congress (APC) won by 768, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) followed with 422 while Labour Party returned with 13 votes. The result was no different in Takumosa West LGA as APC led with 2486, PDP had 1689 and LP with 17.

At Ayedaade LGA, APC edge it narrowly with 3715, PDP with 3548 and LP finished with 91 votes. At Ayedire LGA, APC led with 614, PDP 450 and LP had 50. Similarly at Boluwaduro, APC finished with 3327, PDP came a close second with 3241 and LP with 28.

At Boripe LGA the story was no different. APC finished with 1686, PDP with 1485 and LP with 35. At Ede North LGA,
APC had 4176, PDP returned with 2817 and LP with 26. In Ede South LGA, PDP beat APC finishing with 163 against APC’s 127. LP garnered no vote.

At Egbedore LGA, APC had 1135, PDP 887, LP 3; At Ejigbo LGA, APC finished with 992, PDP with 492 and LP with 28 votes. Ife Central LGA, PDP toppled APC comfortably. PDP had 4964, APC 2169 and LP 55. Ife East LGA, APC won by 889, PDP had 755 and LP in 11.

Ife North LGA PDP won by 2137, APC by 1658 and LP by 87. Other results are, Ife South LGA APC 1923, PDP 2117, LP 29. At Ifedayo LGA APC 1837, PDP 1833, LP 36; In Ifelodun LGA APC finished with 1378, PDP 1134, LP 14. ILA LGA APC 4996, PDP 3695, LP 41.
