Procter and Gamble, a consumer goods manufactured, has announced the relocation of its new head office in Nigeria.
The company will now manage its corporate functions from the new facility situated at the Government Reservation Area of Lagos State.
Speaking at the official opening of the new office, P&Gm President, India, Middle East and Africa, Mohammed Samir said the relocation is part of their commitment to grow in Nigeria and also provide a more conducive working environment for their staff.
He said the company is the biggest American investor in Nigeria after oil.
He also disclosed that after 23 years of operation in Nigeria, "Over 85 per cent of P&G products sold in the country are manufactured locally with the same global quality to suit the Nigerian environment.
