Senate President, Bukola Saraki has congratulated Justice Walter Onnoghen as the new Chief Justice of Nigeria.
This is coming as the Nigerian Senate after screening, unanimously confirmed Walter Onnoghen as Chief Justice of Nigeria on Wednesday, March 1.
Saraki after Onnoghen's confirmation said the nomination, screening and his eventual confirmation is a milestone and a democratic progress.
"We must ensure that the relationship between the three arms of the Government is in the interest of our dear country"
