It is just seven days to the start of the 2014 FIFA World Cup tournament in Brazil but already there are lots of movements happening in the European transfer market.

Most clubs want to finish up deals before the commencement of the tournament next week,in order to forestall the prices of potential targets skyrocketing after a good showing.

But then some would rather wait for the tournament to really see how their targets would fair on a big occasion.

However moves have already begun and such are talks over which destination a player is headed to.

The dominant name on the pile has been former Arsenal player Cesc Fabregas whom Barcelona wants to get off their wage bill.

It looks like it is all but a done deal that he is returning to the Premier League, not to his former employers, but the talk is that Chelsea tops his likely habour.
