The greater evil for Nigeria is still both of them why because tribalism especially for when it's go for job still the give their son and daughter then the post the advert but now the corruption minimise a little

To say the truth,tribalism is the worst evil this day because, tribe issue had killed many life in this country Nigeria. But corruption only hinder our progress and development.

Well to my point of view, i believe that tribalism is the problem of Nigeria. Look at what is presently going on in our country, almost the whole is complaining about the radical behavour of a particular (which am not allowed to menson ) slaughtering people alive, robbries at high ways and our so called president can not do anything about.

Tribalism is the father of Corruption in Nigeria. Most people are corrupt because the think their tribe have not gotten a fair share of the national wealth. While many others engage in corrupt activities to please people from their tribe. This is evident in the Nigeria civil service where contracts and jobs are given to people mainly from a particular tribe when their tribe man or woman is on a seat of power. This is aside from people that are naturally corrupt.

Tribalism is a mere illness

While Corruption is a disease.

Tribalism is a part of everyday life, it has been in existence for since the existence of man.
Nigeria has over 200 tribes, you cannot take away the difference in language and culture among the people.

Corruption is act of vandalism, either in man or material.
It works again development, equity, love and unity. So it brings no good to any country like Nigeria that is in the process of growth.
Even a plant or human being with a disease cannot grow to a substantial stature.
So corruption is a disease and the worse enemy of Nigeria than tribalism.

Because, if were allow our experts to handle the affairs of our nation, Nigeria will easily fish out the looters in our country.
A nation that see other part of it as slaves, how can they grow?

CORRUPTION IS THE ANSWER.
When corrupt leaders want to loot the Country funds, is either they use religion or tribalism to brain wash people to divert their attention to enable them have their way.
Like in Nigeria now Politicians hide behind fighting terrorism by funding the Military but really they are funding their pocket with the help of some corrupt Military Heads, they always end up sharing the money meant to equip the Military and they never want the war to end to continue looting and you will start hearing Igbo and Hausa fighting and from their they will start funding bill to make peace or to equip security personnel in which whatever they claimed to fund either the people fighting or the security agency with is in their own pocket.
For Corrupt Leaders to have their way they always need a diversion of either hiding behind religion or tribalism, just like in Somalia, Mali, Sudan, Guinea Bessau, Haiti, Congo and Others.
So Corruption is Nigeria Problems and not Tribalism.
