US President-elect, Donald Trump is furious because he may never be President.
On Sunday, Trump lashed out at Hillary Clinton for joining Green Party's, Jill Stein's call for recounts in three key election states. Ms Stein has raised close to $6 million through crowdfunding to pay to petition for recounts of the election results in three states; INDEPENDENT UK reports. If she reaches her goal of raising $7 million in total she will be able to make similar filings to Pennsylvania and Michigan next week.
Trump has condemned the move. “This is a scam by the Green Party for an election that has already been conceded, and the results of this election should be respected instead of being challenged and abused, which is exactly what Jill Stein is doing,” he said.
“The people have spoken and the election is over, and as Hillary Clinton herself said on election night, in addition to her conceding by congratulating me, 'We must accept this result and then look to the future.’”
The President-elect has returned to ranting on Twitter.
