21 political parties under the auspices of "Twenty One Political Parties Alliance" have merged with the ruling Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in Kaduna state.
Speaking during the merger, Alhaji Inuwa Ahmed,Chairman of the Alliance and Chairman of United Nigeria Peoples Party in Kaduna said,"We are 21 political parties and we have decided to join PDP today officially, to work for peace and progress of Kaduna State. We are here to extend our cooperation and hands of friendship to the PDP, we have enjoyed a lot of privileges and cooperation from PDP and PDP has benefited in no small ways in working with us. On several occasions we had been able to deliver to PDP since 1999.
Alhaji Ishaku Aliyu, PDP Kaduna state chapter chairman was on ground to receive the newcomers.
