Yoruba actress, Ronke Oshodi Oke appears mentally set to correct one of her biggest regrets; not finishing her studies and graduating.
In a recent interview, the actress (born Ronke Ojo) acknowledged the importance of being educated and noted that she is ready to give it whatever it takes.
Reiterating her seriousness on the matter despite the apparent challenges she will have to overcome, she said:
It is all about determination. Nothing is impossible and I thank God that I also have a family that understands me and wants the best for me. So, going back to finish my studies will be an achievement. It is not as if I am not bold enough to stand in the public and communicate, but I just feel that what has to be done has to be done.
You are nothing in life without education. So, it is very important. It might not be today or tomorrow, but it is a bold step I am willing to take. I have been planning to return to school for quite a long time. But when you are making money and seeing yourself being celebrated here and there, you will feel on top of the world.
But you are nothing without completing your education. So, that’s the bold step I want to take now. So, it’s going to be fun. I don’t want to agree that it’s going to be difficult. I really want to go back to school and I mean it this time around," she enthused.
