The APC presidential candidate Muhammadu Buhari said yesterday in Sokoto that Nigeria had three fundamental problems and that repairing the country would definitely take time, as the damage had already been done.

Buhari, who was in Sokoto in continuation of his presidential campaign, spoke while on a courtesy to the Sultan of Sokoto and president-general, Nigeria Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs (NSCIA), Sa’ad Abubakar III, in his palace.

Stressing that Speaker Aminu Waziri Tambuwal will be succeeding incumbent governor, Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko, as the next governor of Sokoto State, Buhari decried that over 60 million Nigerian youths are estimated to be unemployed, adding that it will soon be a thing of the past hence the resolve to strengthen agriculture when he becomes president.

“There are three fundamental issues that is before us in this country. And these are the question of security, the question of economy and the question of corruption. All other things can be under those three fundamental problems.
