NIGERIA - While tensions are aggravating as we reach another moment of decision in the country, a Paris-based group has published a 300-paged document that says there is a deliberate mechanism in operation to sabotage Nigeria's economy.
The Daily Sun reports that Intellicor, based in France has unveiled plans by the United State to steadily drop the oil prices to ruin the Nigerian and Russian economies.
According to the document, this plot is the reason the United States and Britain is experiencing friction with President Vladimir Putin of Russia (who, they say, is opposed to the 'G8 Africa Plan').
According to the paper, USA and the UK plan to use Africa for experiments (for biotechnology). These experiments include stem cell research which will result in a boom in the organ trafficking market.
The document says that Russia's secret service uncovered the program by the US elements and businessmen to also control world oil and uranium and make Africa the source of ovaries for tissue cloning.
According to the document, Nigeria fell into this particular trap when the country agreed to a USA foundation's offer of building specialized hospitals.

According to the document by Intelicor, the USA and British folks conspired with Saudi Arabia to increase the output and production of oil to destabilize the oil market and force a low oil price in order to destabilize the Nigerian and Russian economies.
"As encouragement for this," says The Sun, "the United States has increased oil imports from Saudi Arabia and Angola and shunned Nigeria’s oil."
According to the document, Boko Haram is part of the plot.
