Politics 2015 Election Fever: Ten Governors Threaten to Desert PDP

There appears to be a storm brewing for Jonathan’s re-election schemes as ten PDP governors have given notice of their intention to exit the party ahead of the 2015 election.

Vanguard Newspaper sources disclosed that the governors have already told President Goodluck Jonathan, leader of PDP their intentions to jump ship.

It is unclear, however, whether the governors will be moving over to the recently-registered All Progressive Congress (APC) or whether they will be working to create their own party with the intention of presenting one of their numbers as a presidential candidate in the next election.
