Governor Nyesom Woke of Rivers State has called on the Nigeria Army to support the Police in putting an end to cultism and the kidnapping incidents in the nation.
He spoke during a courtesy visit by the Minister of Defence, Mansur Mohammed Dan-Ali and the Chief of Army Staff, Tukur Buratai on Thursday at the Government House Port Harcourt, Governor.
According to him the support will help in promoting security across the country.
He also assured the Security agencies that his administration will continue to provide logistics and financial support for them to discharge their responsibilities.
