The National Executive Committee (NEC) of the opposition All Progressive Congress (APC) is to be inaugurated today.

The APC NEC members were elected at the convention of the party held last Saturday in Abuja where John Odigie-Oyegun was elected as the National Chairman of the party.

Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has hailed the process that led to the emergence of the APC leadership.

Well said Atiku, Democracy is finally here.For the greater good of the party it will be good for the aggrieved members to accept defeat and remain loyal to the party and join hands with the elected official for the sake of the Nigerian people. United APC is all we want if they are to really pose threat to the undemocratic PDP.
