On Tuesday night, President Goodluck Jonathan paid a visit to the Taraba state Governor, Danbaba Suntai who recently returned from London where he was receiving treatment for his plane crash injuries.
THIS DAY reported that President Jonathan visited Suntai at the guest house of Gen. T.Y. Danjuma (rtd) in Abuja.
The visit was a brief one, details are yet to be made public.
However, an unnamed source claimed that Suntai was in high spirits throughout the brief visit. He thanked the president for his support through out his ordeal. He also asked the president to thank his wife, the first lady, who visited him in the United Kingdom where he went for treatmen
After the visit, the President left for Aso Rock accompanied by Danjuma.
